5-0 was just one of the jobs I did at the same time as going through school. I was also a network admin for the university, and taught three 100 level comp sci classes... plus I did live sound production. All that, school, and 5-0 at the same time. Busy busy.

I dont know if anybody was keeping up with the story, But new evidence shows from all the camera angles and picture angles that the BART Officer wasnt even carrying a taser weapon.. Just an update on that tragc death.. My opinion is that the officer Drew the gun, (not intending to fire) but Accidently fired anyway, but there was no grown for a gun being drawn... Horrible.. I hope he pays with his life. this is just causing a chain of events. the world is goin to hell

more ruined lives don't make things better - when will people learn that.

the cop made a serious mistake, but there is no evidence that there any malicious intent. I just hope that his action doesn't have to also ruin the lives of his wife and kid.

justice would be the offender taking "the place" of the deceased. ie taking care of the mans family since he is no longer able to.

anything else is just revenge.

At worst he is looking at an involuntary manslaughter charge or criminally negligent homicide - which cannot be met with a death penalty. He has more to fear from a civil suit than he does from a criminal one.
