If you do not have a lawyer, you might think about getting one. Most insurance companies are going to jack you if you are trying to handle this thing yourself. And I know that lawyers suck but you may get a way better settlement with good legal representation. A lot of lawyers will take the case and get the money for their service out of the insurance company.
Hope your healing well my brother! Just look forward to that brand new Kaw your going to get when this is all over.

yeah i have been thinking about it, my insurance company just sent theirs a letter saying they need to stop messing around because they don't really have an offensive position, but i have a feeling legal action may need to happen
oh the front end is from UFO plastics, had it on my 250 also, real bright and only around 40 bucks
