When you are a first gear member, you are like a gear box. When in first gear, you pull harder and output more torque due to the gear ratio of first gear. When you are a first gear member, you must pull harder for the team in order to maintain your status in the organization.
When you are a first gear member, you have a much greater responsibility thab a noob. The web site still has to correct everybody's status where only old high post members are in the first gear category.
Actually I do not have clue of what I'm talking about???????
