Default First time at the track

Tonight was my first night running the 1/4 mile. I had a blast, but I didnt run what I was expecting to. My best run was an 11.27 with a .35 r/t. I thought I might do better, but there's always next time. I plan on going back soon if the weather doesnt get too cold, anyone have any advice (besides the obvious streching and lowering).

Congrats on your first track times. I believe in practice first, mods second. If the sag is set for you, that makes a large difference.

I agree with Drag.....

The launch is 70% of the battle. If you can get a good light, a good launch, and keep the rpms up, shift her fast, and PRACTICE.

GL man...
