I am thinking about buying frame sliders for my 01 zx-7, but I know you have to specially drill holes in the fairings for ninjas. I was just wondering if anybody knows or suggests the best placewhere I'm supposed to drill the holes to bolt them on.

 

honestly, the 7 does not need frame sliders.

because the frame is the last thing you need to worry about.

edit: even the subframe is of outstanding quality. Easy to replace if and "if" damaged.

 

if your wanting frame sliders. who ever you buy the sliders from should have instructions to let you know where to cut the plastics for them. just use a dremel and take your time.

 

The 7s will eat up front levers and bar ends before you need to worry about sliders. Guess that a slider may or may not work, just never tried it out on that ride.
