ok so new update... it went to the guys insurance and they are trying to screw me to say the least. the bike allthough i have been having some problems mechanicaly as in i dont think it is fast enough ...it was definately pretty chrome everything custom paint job polished frame hole nine and they are telling me that they are rying to total it out for less than 4000 they will give me 4000 if they take my bike 2000 if i keep it...so i now had to have the shop appraise all of the work that was aftermarket and then i have to go through the battle of talking to everyones manager up the line until someone says ok we are willing to fix the bike that the company we insure broke so i am quite upset any info or advise would be great thanks again

just hang in there bro, these people have ALOT of paper work that they have to cover and get through. nothing personal it's just what they have to do. but be aware that they are also banking on people's impatientness (if that is even a word lol) and just saying screw it, it's not worth the hassle. i've been there first hand on a couple of occassions and it pays off in the end...just sux major donkey ballz that ya have to wait.

Yeah, but I'm sure that I probably wouldn't be able to wait either.
