Default Tried to install my sliders

I tried to put these on last night but the new longer bolts seemed like they had a different thread pattern. i kinda forced them as tight as possible but the slider was still way loose. these are the correct ones for my bike. whats the deal? do i need different bolts?

theyre protek sliders. the bolts look about 2 1/4in or 2.5in long with the threads going up halfway.

They should go on like butter. One size for the right side an another size for the left. I torqued mine to spec and once it warm the sliders get a little loose. Must be nomal because I've checked it about 10 times. Hopefully you didn't strip the mounts.

why dont u just take out one of the bolts and see if there stripped or not....... if they are, use a tap and die set to fix your problem...
