Im looking for a good set of tire.....What tires do u guys recommend? i do street riding only do course riding or nething like that but i do want a good handling tire, good grip and good all around tire...thanks alot

Pilot Powers will last longer than Qualifiers and handle better as well, but really, if you are not getting knee pucks down, both are a waste of money. The Diablo Strada or Metzler Z6 will give you planty of grip and last longer than sport tires. The Stradas are the only tires I use on my Aprilia and I can still get knee pucks on the ground with them. Went through Qualifiers with my CBR like they melted on asphalt and switched to Pilot Powers which are MUCH better!

I loved my pilot powers. I was able to get about 6k out of my last rear tire.

 

The riding around here is straight & flat so go with a long lasting tire like Meanstrk said. The stockers are good to and you can usually get 6K out of those. Wnters getting closer so a sport touring tire may be a good choice if you plan on riding in the cold & wet weather. Another option is buying race or stock take-offs. Let me know if you need a set. I have both athalf the price of a new set of tires.

 

I have Metzlers on the SV, and they are great.

 

I have been liking the Qualifiers for the street so far. 4k miles and dyno tuning and they are looking abit ragged though.
