i just got an akrapovic put on. i guess its the non street legal one? it doesnt have a silencer which i learned after i bought it. does anyone know if this slip on will pass inspection?

 

I guess you could always check there web page and see if they have any info on it or even give them a call and ask one of the reps there. They might give you the answer your looking for.

In all honesty i can't tell you. I have an akrapovic slip on my 06 but i don't have to have my bike inspected since it's titled in flordia. and they don't do them.

 

I think you have to worry about that only in California. They have to have a C.A.R.B. Certification number on them for inspection. I don't think any other state checks motorcycle emissions or for stock exhausts.
