PROBLEMS!!!
Can you hear the fuel pump run when you turn on the key? Put you ear against the tank to listen. It should run for at least 3 seconds. Also, Check your EFI fuse.
It ran fine before the exhaust; Is that what you're saying? Has the bike been sitting a while? Is it possible that something got disconnected when you lifted the tank to change the filter?

I'm stationed in Spangdahlem Germany; not far from Luxemberg. I'll get a power commander once I get back to the states. I just want to ride the rest of the time I'm here and then it is off to Northern Cali.

I put the battery back in and the bike started right up. I left the K&N filter in. How do you know if the bike is running lean? It ran great today 150+ for start of season.

you can dyno it with an exhaust gas analyzer and you want the air fuel ratio to be right around 13:1
