Time for a Revolution in California then. By Bikers. I kinda knew this was coming but it will be tough to enforce it. Maybe on 07 and newer bikes can't have aftermarket exhausts. All the aftermarket manufacturers are gonna have to get approved by the EPA and CARB to sell pipes. I am looking into some super quiet acoustical material to keep the noise down so they don't start that here. What starts in Cali usually blows everywhere.

Guys,

When you talk about Muzzy, is it this one?

2005-2006 ZX-6R 636,2005 ZX-6 RR Stainless slip-on system w/oval stainless canister w/anodized end cap

This is a slip-on, but there are also full systems. I'm not concerned that much on HP gains, but I do want a little "music". Will the slip-on do the trick? Does anyone has a "recording" of the sound? I guess I will need a PowerCommander with it. Do I?

Sorry for hacking the thread.

you can run the slip on with out the pc for a little while, then when you swap out the air filter youll definitly need the pc to richen it up and get more juice out of your ride. and yes, that is the muzzy.

I've got two buddies with 636s that ride with the Yoshi RS-5 and the Yoshi Cone end. I have to admit they sound clean, deep, and loud. Haven't heard of the Muzzy, but Muzzy looks tough from the back side because of its larger muffler opening. Jardine just came out with a nice exhaust system (below). I like the look and it also comes with a fender elim. The pricing isn't too bad either.

I haven't been able to get a part number on the 636 ninja, but the Honda 1000rr is retailing for $495 full Ti and $549 for the Carbon.
