Nice bike. You're probably not allowed to remove the rear fender in Europe; am I correct?

 

you can remove the fender but...you have to have the car size license plate attached...also in order to register my bike in Germany I would have to find some type of baffle insert or put the stock back on for the yearly inspection...the Leo came with a tinker toy type bracket that went around the pipe...

No aftermarket pipes? or slip ons? for Cali?

 

yup...starting for 07...don't know how they plan on enforcing that and they want to target people like me who live here but have out of state tags...
