OK WELL I CAN NOT GET A PICTURE OF MY BIKE UP HERE CAUSE THE FILES ARE TO BIG, BUT I HAVE A 2002 ZX-6R. , BRAND NEW I DO NOT EVEN HAVE A PERMIT YET JUST BOUGHT THE BIKE FROM MY BEST FRIENDS BROTHER.IT IS A GOOD LOOKING BIKE BUT ALWAYS COULD LOOK BETTER. SO ANY HELP GIVEN WOULD BE VERY MUCH APPRECIATED
MY QUESTIONS
1. WANTED TO KNOW IF IT IS POSSIBLE TO GET A 2003 ZX-6R TAIL ON A 2002?
2. IF NOT HOW CAN I GET A MORE AGGRESSIVE LOOKING TAIL ON ?
3. MY EXHAUST PIPE BEFORE THE SLIP ON IS ALL STAINED LIKE FROM HEAT, IS THERE A WAY TO REMOVE THAT BURN MARKS AND PREVENT IT. OR DO I NEED TO CHANGE THE WHOLE EXHAUST SYSTEM?
4. IS THERE A DUAL EXHAUST SYSTEM FOR A 2002?
AS YOU CAN SEE I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT BIKES AT ALL BUT AM TRYING TO LEARN AND FAST SO BARE WITH ME PLEASE

1. WANTED TO KNOW IF IT IS POSSIBLE TO GET A 2003 ZX-6R TAIL ON A 2002? A. I am no sure, but with some fabrication it's possible. The subframe looks pretty close to the same mount dimensions. You'll have to take measurements and compare first.
2. IF NOT HOW CAN I GET A MORE AGGRESSIVE LOOKING TAIL ON ? A. Do you have a one piece or 2 piece seat. Hard to tell form the pic. You could put on a seat cowl or a Racing Solo seat.
3. MY EXHAUST PIPE BEFORE THE SLIP ON IS ALL STAINED LIKE FROM HEAT, IS THERE A WAY TO REMOVE THAT BURN MARKS AND PREVENT IT. OR DO I NEED TO CHANGE THE WHOLE EXHAUST SYSTEM? A. Semichrome Polish may be able to take the staining off but for how long, I don't know. You can get it Ceramic coated.
4. IS THERE A DUAL EXHAUST SYSTEM FOR A 2002? A . Duals just add weight and I don't think anyone makes them for this bike.

thanks speedracer..... yeah it is a 2 piece seat, i looked at the seat cowls looks good. what is a solo seat?
i was also thinking if i do not change the tail i might get one of those seats by tobin seats . from that place in PA
he does a really nice job. but i much rather have that pointy look that the 2003 has.
oh should i get a whole new pipe and ceramic coat it? and i am not to concerened with weight i am not going to be racing anyone i just want to cruise and look good doing it.
yeah i see people with these chromed out bikes and thier pipes look perfect is that how they do it with ceramic coat
