Default HELP WITH EXHAUST

I have an 06 636 and just installed a scorpion cf pipe. While doing the install i charged my battery(i havent rode in a month). After install my fi light comes on and my tach flashes. The bike wont start either. I dont know if it is because theservo/block are not correct or if i have a another seperate issue.

Slip on or full exhaust?
Did you take apart any electrical connectors during the install?

Its a slip-on.Yes ,i have an alarm on it,so i disconnected that and the rear light. This is my only my second bike so i am notsure with the life of the battery.Could it be dead already? I will bring my volt meter home from work tomorrow to test it.

The servo fix would be the first thing I would check. If that's hooked up right, most likely it's another issue not related to the exhaust.

The FI light is only on because you went to a slip on and removed the servo cables from the butterfly valve on the stock can. IVANS makes a servo eliminator that you just plug into the stock harness and remove the servo all together. its about $100. But the servo has nothing to do with the starting issue. The light would just become annoying after a while. If you have the alarm, and you disconnected it, there could be some sort of ignition kill you may need to reset. Do the basics, check all your fuses, switches, etc. Good luck

Hey thanks guys for all the info. I got home and tested my battery. It had a little over 7v.Enough for the tach and fi lights to flash but not enough to start(which made it a pain in the a## to troubleshoot).I got a new battery in and no fi light. Took it out for a ride......Scorpion pipe soundsAWESOME!!! Plus looks the carbon fiber looks sweet too...I will post some pics soon!!!!
