Before I got my 04 ninja in 06 I saw what looked to be a 06 zx-6 that was like a safty vest orange color. Does any one know what the name of that color is or have a picture of it.

 

There was a Pearl Blazing Orange, but I beleive it was only available in 03 and 04.

no..... thats just a bad picture of it. the magma red in person isn't orange at all, its a true red. here's a better picture of magma red.

sorry have to disagree on this my 05 zx10 was magma red and in the sun it looked orangeish and in the shade it looked red

 

there is an actuall orange color, it has been used on the 10r some years (05 i think?) and it is used in europe a lot, the 07 zx6r had orange instead of read over there.

 

your right jazz and 03 636 also came out in a flatorange color also. hey off the topic jazz how do like the akro on the 07 zx6r you got? got any pics?

 

the 10r magma red was defanatly more orange than the 636, the one for the 636 was more red

 

ya check my most recent thread you can see it in there. i've got some more pictures too if ya want. I just got the slip on but now wish i would've saved up to get the whole system to get rid of the cat.

Yes, the Magma Red is a pearl metallic burnt orange (Lava)color and not a true red. The 03 and 07 ZX6R are a true "Passion" Red.
