HELP !! ENGINE WONT FIRE
Can anyone kindly try and help with this mistery starting problem im experiencing
My bike is a ZX6R Ninja G model i got the machine out of garage for summer and battery was dead so i went and bought a new oneless than aweek ago The bike started straight away after 20 mins on tick over i put back into garage the next day the bike wont start its not even trying to fire ive been trying to sort it for 3 days now there is fuel getting there but the spark seems VERY WEAK and the plugs are wet through . Its obvious that its not burning fuel due to sparking issue but what could it be (could it actually be the new battery whats at fault) any idears PLEASE!!!!!!!! i need this machine out . thanks mik.[:@]

Can you pop start the bike? By this, I mean putting the bike in 1st or 2nd gear with the key on and getting a good running start on some pavement and then popping the clutch to get the engine turning. If it starts up and stays running, then your battery is junk, if it starts up but quickly dies then your alternator/magneto is gone and not generating enough juice to fire the plugs or charge the battery.
Ive tryed bumping it its as dead as hell i get an odd fire come from carbs but its proper dead . Do ya mean them coil things at the bag of fly wheel could be the problem thanks mik
It's possible that the battery is bad even though it's new (I've got new batteries that were bad before). It won't even push start with a dead or weak battery. Get it charged & load checked. If the battery is good then your connections may have been bad or corroded at the battery terminals. Clean them and retry.
