Help - machine fires up... starts to idle fine... all the sudden you give it throttle in neutral the carb shakes and almost "burps", when adjusting idle... it sometimes sounds like its going to take off as if it were being choked for ever.

When I shut down machine... the overflow line on the carb starts leaking like hell until i isolate the shut off valve.

I had gummed up float valve... assume now that its not seatings and all the problems are being caused by to much fuel.....

Help?

 

Sounds like a float valve issue for starters...

 

i talked to HB, he said the same.

 

will do that, clean it up more, make sure somewhat air tight and if not get the rebuild kit.
