How many miles shoudl i be able to get out of my 01 zx6r. I have been riding it for the past few weeks and re-setting the odometer when I fill up. I have been stopping and refueling at around 120. Just curious what everyone gets.

 

I've got an 05 ZZR600 (pretty much the same bike you have) and I've only ran it dry once to see how far it could go and I got about 150 on the tank before the engine died and I had to switch to reserve.

 

I have an 03 and my gas light comes on around 140 and highway I can go up to 160

 

That is about right, my first bike was a 00 zx-6r and i would get around 100 miles on the tank before having to switch to reserve. that was beating the **** out of it so anything there on up is good.
