Yeah i just had a bout with my fi problem as well.If you cant get itKory636 postedin my "HELP WITH EXHAUST" thread,IVANS makes a servo eliminator that you just plug into the stock harness and remove the servo all together.its about $100.Hope this helps.Good luck!!
Turn the key on and off quicklyuntil the mark faces away from the cable mount and install the stop. Mine never stopped at the same spot. I had to do it a couple of times.
Yeah I tried that a couple of timestoo speed but it wouldn't work, it would just turn 90degrees and stopI found a new servo on ebay for only 20$shipped like sup_uni did so it should be here in a few days i'll keep u guys posted-thanks guys
dlamontagna, who makes the servo and whered you get it? The only one I know of is produced by IVANS, costs around $100. Easy fix, and you rid yourself of that bulky weighty box. Curiousity. Let me know how it works! Thanks
it's just the standard kawasakistock servo motor, I found someoneselling a whole stock exaust system and servo motor on ebay, I asked them if they would just sell the servo and they said yeah for only 20$with shipping...as long as it's positioned rightit should work out good, cheap, and no more FI light, there are a couple more on ebay right now if u look....if **** goes wrong i'm just gunna buy the ivan's and be pretty mad for unexpected money loss
will let everyone know hopefully soon

Sorry guys been a long time on this one and my computer crashed a couple weeks ago....so here's the update. After getting screwed out of 20 bucks for a new servo on ebay I took the seat off one more time before I was about to order the IVANS, did the same things as before and got it fixed. Here's how I got it, turn the key on and off over and over again untill the the notch on the servo was in the correct position, took the key out, took off the neg. battery cable, intalled the servo stop(tight as hell), reconnected the battery cable after a little cleaning to it, turned the key and whallla no more f'n red light in my face and alot better performance and gas mileage....thanks for all the help guys
