does anyone know how many teeth are on the front sprocket on a 05 zx-6r? / or which one would be the best sprocket to buy to go -1?

 

I'm not certain but I think my -1 is a 14t but not sure on that, any shop can tell you. As far as brands, they all run about the same as far as front sprockets are concerned... They are all steel, aluminum or like material wouldn't last 25 miles under the torque. The rear sprockets can however becuase the load is spread out evenly across it...
