Need help
Alright guys, my bike is finally fixed!
The problem was that the carburator did need to be re-jetted, but also there was a fuel leak! The leak was visible on the left side of the bike, just behind the toggle switch for the fuel. The fuel diaphragm had to be rebuilt because of this, but now that both of those problems have been taken care of the bike literally runs smoother and better than when I first bought it!
The Kawasaki dealer of Simi Valley is ridiculous. I've never seen such good work done before for so cheap ($260, I was quoted $250 from other places just to re-jet the carb!) I'm now extremely satisfied with the bike.
As a warning: the mechanic said he's been seeing the fuel diaphragms go out a lot lately (past 60 days), something must have been changed in the design because until then they've never had a problem with them.
Thanks to everyone on the forums for your help.

Right on, congrats on the fix. Are you referring to the petcock?
