Default Motopak Luggage +1

I've got a bunch of their stuff, large tank bag, large saddle bags and a couple of seat bags. Yes sometimes I look like the gypsys(?) have come to town. Any way I broke a support in the tank bag. So I asked them what it would take to get a new one. Apperantly the asking was enough! I've been happy with their stuff and appreciated their service.

How or why did the support break? Sounds like good customer service.

The support is a flat piece of plastic that slides in the interior of the bag, thru loops and into pockets. The fit is very tight. I was impatient and tried to fold it. When I put this one in I'll go more slowly and perhaps heat the plastic with some hot water in the shower.
