I've got a lugguage rack/backrest that may fit your bike, I've seen these on other bikes so I think it's universal. It connects to the rear 'upper' shock bolt.
It was origionally on a 1982 Suzuki GS750e that I have and am parting out because the bike had problems - sold most of it already, but still have the backrest. It's in pretty nice shape w/no tears, but one wear spot, see pictures. The backrest is adjustable.

I will sell it for $25.00 plus shipping.

The rest itself is in real good condition,

I have no mounting attachements for it, but from memory I beleive this is how it goes.

The front of the rack mounts through the upper rear shock bolts

The rear had just had screws holes drilled through the tail piece of the bike.

The lunchbox rack just rested on the tailpiece.
