Flush mount lights
OK so i have these flush mount lights, and i was going to put them in place of the front running rights... Does anyone know how hard it is to take off the front fascia so i can get to all the goodies?

RE: Flush mount lights
It's a piece of cake. Simply loosen and remove:
~The (2) 10mm bolts located in the fairing just below the headlight/above the front fender
~The (2) phillips screws located on the sides of the fuel tank (securing the fairing to the tank*
~Both rearview mirrors
(Then as you're lifting off the fairing assembly...)
~The plastic headlight connector
~The plastic turn-signal connector
Once you've got the fairing off, you should have no problem accessing the little steel backplates that hold the turn-signals in place.
*Be careful when reinstalling these phillips screws--the threads are fine and easily cross-threaded/stripped.
Good luck and let us know how it goes.

RE: Flush mount lights
Sorry for the old thread bump but, wondering if you ever got these on and how they're working out? I was thinking about putting some on and doing a fender elim... anyone else have either and can recommend the best kits or ways to do it?
