coolant hole
my 05 has a couple of scratches on it from previous falls (not by me) and the guy i traded my truck for it told me that it has a scratch that goes so deep that water from where the radiator hose connects to the engine is seeping coolant, now, what should i do to fix it, now remember its on the right side just a couple of inchs below where the radiatior hose connects to the engine, right where a fall would hurt it...

RE: coolant hole
If it's only the hose that connects the coolant pump to the radiator, simply replace it.
If you suspect the pump housing might be damaged, they can be found on Ebay regularly for pretty cheap.
Good luck and let us know how it goes.
Peace!

RE: coolant hole
a scratch so deep coolant leaks out? i wouldnt call that a scratch, id call it a hole lol.
if the case has a hole in it, get a new one. but while you wait, you can probably use some JB weld, depending on the size of the hole. you can use RTV in place of the gasket when you reassemble if you so desire.
if its leaking out of the hose, tighten the clamps. if that doesnt work, get a new hose.
too bad woodcraft doesnt make side cases for this bike
