Default Thanks for the help guys but time to go...

Alot of you guys have been a big help to me and my 250. Just wanted to say thanks to everyone here and ninja250 that helped me along the way. Long story short my 07 250 ran great for the first 400 miles then it would die on me every few stop lights. Had it to the dealer twice and "its running great for us" was what I got. After redoing the valves and messing with the carbs myself I got it to run pretty well but somewhere along the line I lost faith in this thing and fell out of love with it. So I traded it in for a new ninja 650r this afternoon. Took a big hit money wise but atleast Im having fun riding again. Dont think I can buy anything with carbs again not even a lawnmower lol. Because I did learn alot trying to get the 250 running i will stop by and help if I can but on to a 650R forum for me now. Take it easy and ride safe.

Nice farewell,

Hope you enjoy the 650r and I'm sorry for your 250r troubles, sounds like you got a lemon. Best of luck!

+1. Hell, I don't have a Ninja 250, but I'm on here all the time. Hell, at this point, all I have is an Eliminator 125 (which is for sale, because once my wife outgrew it, I knew it was time to get rid of it) and my wife's Vulcan 500. I just try to help out where I can. Congratulations on the new ride, and enjoy it.
