Default mods complete, thanks guys

Just wanted to thank all the peaple who added info to the klx 250 kawasaki forum. Just completed all the mods and dialed in jetting/ air. All except for the led tail light and the 13 t sprocket which are on order. I'll try to add a pic or the bike. Here's a short list of mods- muzzy full exhaust, uni air filter, fmf dynojet, dual snorkles, heat shield mod, renthal bars, sunline hand guards ( had to modify them to get them on , didn't have enough room on the bars. drilled a hole in mount and screwed to current mount for stock hand guards) . Ordered muzzy and installed a couple of weeks ago, peg still hits pipe. Thinking about taking to custom pipe shop and having them tweek the bend. The bronze color of the head pipe matches the upper part of the front forks so to me that bronze color looks good. I will put an entry to the mod spread sheet listed in the forum.

You've been busy dmar, good job! Regarding the footpeg, another suggestion, a few minutes at the bench grinder and take a little off the back so that it clears. You don't have to remove much.

here's a pic of the handguard install, it fits snug and doesn't move. I would imagine on an impact it would move but for bush wachs and roost protection it should hold fine. I used rough edge type washers under handguard mount to help prevent movement.
