Default Illumiglo gauges

I want to get some illumiglo gauges for my '05 ninja 250. The two websites I've been to that sell these gauges note that they are for models up to the year 2003. Will these still work for my 2005 model? Anyone know where I can get some that are for an '05 bike??

Thanks for the link. I checked them out, but their illumiglo gauges for the 250 are for '86-'03 models. Still no luck.

Do you want a different color backlight or the glowing #'s and needles. The #'s & needles are harder to do because I think you have to disassemble the guages. The backlights should be easier. Does yours have the bulbs or the circuit board mounted LED's?

I assume bulbs. I just want the backlights like on this link to immortal graphix's illumiglo reverse gauges: http://www.immortalgraphix.com/ex250.html
I've heard once you take off the needles, it's really hard to get them to ever be accurate again. So I don't want to mess with the needles. Any suggestions???

This is another link that has the reverse glow gauges and a better description. They're just not for an '05 ninja 250!!

Post a picture of the type of bulbs inside the guages if you can. Are they the twist and remove type from the back? Or take a pic of the guage front & back and post.

I haven't even found gauges that will go on my bike. I was going to try and do it myself as long as I don't have to mess with the needle. I've heard that it won't ever be accurate again if you have to take it off. What about you?
