it fell off the freaking truck? WTF? thought these guys were supposed to be pro's - they sure as hell better have insurance for things like that.

 

Well, I had signed over the bike to the insurance company for transport, so the insurance company was liable for the damages incurred during transport to the bike shop. Good news is, they accepted the responsibility and have paid for all the damages to my bike,the accident and all the damages from the drop. I thought they would be more careful in the whole transport process as well, but seeing as how they are transporting damaged property, they could care less. In any case, it still sucks that they would do that.

I should have my bike back shortly.
