Default exhaust reccomendations

I have a 2007 ninja 250 its got about 200 miles on it. I was wondering what good exhausts are out there. And how much of a difference is between a full system and slip on.

I just did some research for the '08. I've had a number of exhausts on different bikes, and I'm a particular fan of Two Brothers slip-ons for the road. That was my plan for the 250, until I saw the Area P No Limits full exhaust for it. Their full ran about the same price as the TBR slip-on, and it made more power than the TBR slip-on or full. I also spoke w/the owner of Area P for quite some time. He was most helpful and informative. Their website is likewise. It's a family owned/run business, and they love what they do. More for less, w/a great attitude and knowledge. Obviously, I was duly impressed. My 2 cents' worth.

ya go with area P full system. Gives you power and sounds better than all the others. Check it out on you tube. or you can hear how it sounds on the area p web site

I hope so. I've had some really good sounding exhausts. TBR is my favorite, overall. I forgot to ask them, but I presume the Area P is a straight through exhaust, yes?

I had the full Muzzy's, jet kit, and air filter on my '06. It ran very well above about 3500 rpm, but was really weak below that (A bit of a pain from a dead stop.). It was also very loud. I like aggressive exhausts, but I found the Muzzys a bit metallic and irritating.
