Steve....IMO, you bid on the item...you won the item....you need to follow through in your contract and buy the item. If you were leary about buying a bike on ebay....you shouldnt have bid. Alot of sellers, especially if your local dont mind you coming out to see their item for sale...especially if its a vehicle.

 

i understand where your coming from, but i'm saying if i were to go look at it, and i find something wrong with it, i don't think teh seller is gonna appreciate me saying i don't want this bike, this threads mainly to get feedback sayinf if it's a good deal for the price, and if everything looks legit.

 

If you dont think the bike is on the up and up...dont bid on it. Theres other people bidding on it and all your doing is driving up the price for the seller.

 

actually theirs like a 40 dollar difference between bids, so i don't think i drove it up, especially since i was basically the only one that bid on it. but in any event, i was asking these questions cause i'm paranoid of used items and ebay. i got in contact with the seller, i just gotta schedule a day to pick it up, got rice is probably gonna come with me to get it. i'll use his expertise to check it out and maybe test ride it before i hand over 3k
