FYI to those wanting a larger gas tank, I just came across one on ebay. The number is 4602414429

 

I'm planning on bidding if it doesn't go too high. I live close to the dealer that's selling it so I could pick it up. If I get time on Saturday, I may try to ride over there and see if it fits.

 

Okay, I'll back off. Senseless battling each other for it.

 

I didn't want to pay too much as it looks a bit rough and there's no telling if it will work until we try. Another thing is I'm kinda leaning toward the IMS (cooling fan issues be damned) because it's available in white and I kinda like the shrouds on our bike. However, the Acerbis may be the only one to actually fit.

I'll watch it and see what happens.

I don't intend to go over $50. If the other person wants it that bad, so be it.

Saw the condition, but if you can find out if it does fit, then that would be worth the money.

The Acerbis, as we have said, does offer a bit mor protection in the event of an 'unfortunate incident' with the bike.

We shall just see what transpires.

If I win it, I'll post a complete report with pics about how it does or does not fit the KLX250S.
