Kawasaki doesn't list alternative sized pilot jets, only mains. So I haven't been able to find any at Ayers and Bike Bandit. I've been told that smaller pilots will help with starting at 4500'. Can anyone refer me to an online source for pilot jets?

I get my jets from the dealer I got 107.5 mains and 40 pilots (1000 ft) for around $5 each and no shipping and they had them in stock. It helps to have them with you some are different than others if they know the 250 carbs its not a problem if not they have to match them.

You might also start with drilling out the caps on fuel mixture screws and turning them all the way in then out 2.5 turns, put the carbs on the bike then fine tune the adjustment with a small screwdriver.
