Today, Saturday Sep 02, 2006......
Carl (my boyfriend) and I were out riding, and this totally *ss whole hit my boyfriend, this is how it went down.....
Ok so we were driving down Olive street ( yes I know most of you don't know where this is but anyhow) getting into the right lane from the left one, Carl got over first to slow traffic down so I could get over, he told me it was ok to get over ( via chattebox) and then quickly said now wait don't go. This piece is sh*t jerk cut inbetween us and almost ran over Carl. The guy didn't ever seem to care at all he just kept on going, so Carl sped up and was riding right along side him, saying what the heck man you d*mn near hit me and my girl, the guy did not care at all. So we are now coming up on Emerald Drive turning right, Carl pulled behind the guy and let him turn then Carl turned sped up and got infront of the SUV and the guy went to just drive around him but got to close and HIT him!!!! And to make it worst he did NOT stop he just kept driving along, didn't even look back!! Carl wabbled and swerved but he pulled it off and did not go down, He pulled off to a side road to check the damage. So meal while I swerved to get back in the left lane so I wouldn't get hit buy the SUV, I saw him almost hit Carl in my side mirrow. I watched as this *ss whole hit my boyfriend, bike parts flying, him wabbling and then pulling it off , it was some craziness. But that's not the end of it... like I said he just kept on driving, I was so pissed off, I took off and chased that POS down, he got stuck at at stop like about 1.5 miles up the road, so pulled my bike right in front his stopped SUV, cut the engine jumped off my bike and was screaming at this *sshole, " you just him my F ing boyfriend you mother fer get the F out of the F ing car you son of a B*tch!!!". Plus many other choice words, I think I scared the poop out of him cause he did not expect me to chase him, plus he probly thought Carl was down since he was not there with me. I was yelling at him to pull over and get out of the car, he did not want to, he kept saying that he didn't hit him. Then Carl showed up from behind and now we were both yelling at this dude, in the middle of the street holding up traffic, the guy finally pull into the gas station. We called the cops, which did nothing at all, and got the guys information. He was such a piece of poop with no regards to what he did or possibly could have done!! Carl and I are ok and his bike actually had very minimal damage, a broken front left side peg and a bent shifter which he bent back into place.
The good news is that my 250 haulled *ss when I needed her to, she rocks, and so did our chatter boxes without those this guy might have taken both of us down, I totally recommend them!!
Take care of each other out there, well all need some help against the clueless drivers out there.

 

Way to go! I'm glad you and your boyfriend won the battle with that caged @ss hole! People need to be held accountable, especially when it comes to endangering motorcyclists. You did the right thing![sm=groupwave.gif]

Good job on getting to him. I would have lost my temper in that situation for sure, and would have had to test out the gloves. [:@]

Video would be nice... Without it, it just comes down word against word ,and the cage usually wins, with out witnesses.

At least you guys are all right!! Chatter boxes definatley worked out sounds like..

 

The cop instantly started to give us the brush off and talking about passing on the right, and we kept telling him that's not what happened but he did not want to hear it, so nothing happend I should have controlled my temper and let him have a hit and run.
But how could I just let some POS hit my boyfriend like that ?! GGGRRRRRR
Lesson learned I guess.

 

thats some crazy sh*t I prolly would have done the same thing in that instance, but people are nuts. If that dude hit your guy and drove off like nothing happened, he prolly could have cared less about running you over too. Glad it worked out for ya though.

see when i ride i have the mind set that ppl are out to get me so. but u did the right thing i would have probly pulled him out and started beaten the living u know what out of the dude but, and see this is the reason i dont want my girlfriend well soon to be engaged. it is not that i dont trust her riding i dont trust the cages and all. heck i dont even trust my momma when i'm on my bike

 

Heck, I have that mindset when I'm driving my car!
