Hey guys, new rider here. Just got my license and came across a posting on Craigslist in my area. Anyway, ended up with 2 bikes for $1500 total. 2000 800 Classic and 1996 1500 Classic (both vulcans)

quick question, how do I remove the windshield off the 800? I believe it's stock but I can't seem to remove it... thanks!!

 

All I have to do for mine is remove the screws around the edges. If that doesn't work I would recommend perhaps getting the repair manual for your specific bike. It really pays off if you plan on doing a lot of the work yourself.
