Just picked myself up a 1995 ZX6 for $600....yes it needs a bit of work but I was able to drive it home (about 17 miles) tonight. I will post pics tomorrow but is there anything I should know about these bikes mechanically or at all? I will be posting in the maintenance area often. Thanks!

Thanks, now this may be a dumb question but it's something I don't know but what is the differences between the zx6(e) and the zx6r??

So what I am seeing is that I got the slower one?

ha! slow is only in the eye of the bewildered. Nice looking ride. Stay comfy with your "slower" ride. Congrats and thanks for the pics.

 

Well I know bikes aren't slow, meant slower of the two lol. Anywho I pulled off the lower fairing to see that this is now my project, not just a quick fix bike. Fun times ahead.
