hey im a new guy, name is patrick, i live up in ohio. im getting a 2009 kawasaki ninja 250r in the next couple of days from a shop near my house. im pretty good with a wrench so i will be doing all non major repairs myself. does anyone have any general maintenance tips or advice on what a typical year of maintenance looks like for you?

Just the basic stuff on the yrly maintenance. A used bike with unknown mileage will need the wheels, fork seals, brakes and fluids checked/changed normally.
