Leaking from rocket cover and has oil coming out weep hole

Leaking from rocket cover and has oil coming out weep hole
I just bought a kx250f and it is leaking oil out of the weep hole. Also when it runs it still goes hard but I can not sure y I get a big puddle afterwards???
