I want to know how or the steps on rebuilding the crank i have it out but i do not want to damage it trying to seperating the rod from crank

 

You have already pressed the crankshaft from the case and are wanting info on the rod removal. You have verified the checks/alignment and clearances and you want to remove the rod. Just making sure here. Use the same press that you removed the crank from the case with. the crankshaft jig works good on dissassembly and assembly. Not sure anymore on the cost of it, maybe $40. check motion pro on that
