91 kx250 need help

i swapped lower ends and i went through the motions and did all the regular starting tips and it still wont start. need suggestions, any help

How long has the bike been sitting, did you start with fresh gas? and even more importantly did you shut off the gas, and drain the carb bowl and then try it? Go to it man, and welcome to the forums.
