need help with front suspension have put in race tech gold valves and has helped alot for hare scramble races, but suspension seems to drag or still not smooth as felt on other models of same has new seals and bushings and check for bent tubes ok any suggestions for me, all my racing is off road very little track also might say that suspension acts as if does not return all the way up when comprssed either seems to sag slightly does the springs need to be preloaded or shimmed, also replaced springs with a lower rated ones

 

springs and oil could be your issue. the forks need to be sprung acording to your weight, bike and riding style.
