Hi all,

Newbie father of one excited daughter who has her first bike here.

We have just bought a 2004 KLX125 which needs a little TLC.

Can anyone advise where I can get fork gators from at a realistic price?

Our local dealer has quoted $60.00 each which I think is outrageous.

Also, the bike is missing the end cap from the exhaust and I am told this acts as a governor. Would this make the bike backfire a bit or could this be a completely different issue?
