Default Would this be a rear bearing?

Just wondering if there is something I need to replace. When I roll my bike ahead or back I get a dry kinda sqeeky sound. I sprayed the chain down with lube but that didn't fix it. Would it maybe be a bearing or do I need to grease the axle or something? This is a 2010 model so have not had to do any real maintance yet

Does it stop if you very slightly apply your brakes? (The squeak, not the bike!)

I will try the brakes tonight to see if it stops it. Will also look at the pads.
Thanks
