Just for SNG's I looked at the pn for lower clamps on 06 250 and 300. Uses a different pn but it may be a cosmetic difference. The upper is different because of the key.

 

Do second gen KLX250s come from the factory with 1 1/8" bars?

If you plan to get that, just know it's Not like the picture. The pic is showing a bolt on bar mount, specs say Solid Mount. So it's one piece unlike the pic. I'd call/contact them first if your looking for one like the pic. Why do you want that anyway? Maybe you have different options.

If your looking to mount 1 1/8" bars, there are plenty if adaptors out there from 7/8" to 1 1/8" pretty cheap.

Good find but will it leave us without a place for our keyswitch? I realized after posting this thread I can't upgrade top clamp if I lose my keyswitch mount.

The reason for my post is I am looking for a sturdier way of bumping up to 1 1/8" bars. I've used the handebar adapters and risers for decades so they do work.. just looking for something a bit more beefier at the base.

 

I sent Zeta an email to inquire. Maybe someone there knows.
