Where to get a smog block off kit?

they are there to vent fummes from the engine back to your airbox, where they get eaten up through the motor. To reduce overall emissions.

Now, capping them off, does the vapor usually fed through the hoses end up under pressure in the engine? I noticed today that mine goes fromt the front of my motor and joins one from the back of my motor at a tee with around 6" of hose sticking out of the bottom, vented out to nothing. (open) I dont like to think that there is an open passage right into my engine, what if I run it up to the open hose in water?

remove it all?
