Where does this smog plate go?

You MUST torque the head bolts correctly. That is something that cannot, I repeat, cannot, must not, be done by feel. Leave the doing things by feel for paradise by the dashboard lights!

Take it off. You plug those two lines coming off the carb and airbox.
