Will rims from a 2007 KLX 250 fit a 2010?

If you mean wheels: Rear yes, with a change of rotor, has a 220mm rotor, the newer ones are 240mm I believe. Front, no has a different speedo drive that is not compatible. Only 2009 and up are direct bolt in replacement.

If you mean literally only the rims, yes, both use similar hub hole patterns and same number of spokes.
