+1
I got to 90 on a flat road bone stock
Then 101 downhill with helmet on bars
I'll never do this again, but I had to try it.
This thing does not feel solid over 60,
Especially on windy days.
FYI I weigh a buck fourty in my bday suit.

FWIW:

Gear calculator spreadsheet in Google Drive available:

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets...it?usp=sharing

It is a Google Drive spreadsheet that can be saved in your own Google drive or possibly in Excel if it can open as an excel file, then edited for sprocket or tire changes and rpm to get the calculated speed at given rpm with given variables.

It is presently set up for the 2009 KLX250S gearbox/primary. It can be edited for any number of motorcycles. I have it for my KLX650, my Zephyr 550 and have done one for an XR650L. Just edit the numbers. Two charts to do comparisons. I was comparing tires for doing SM rims for the 650 when I made the chart.

Bog standard EFI with clutch switch mod:
86MPH in one direction slight crouch
80MPH in the other direction, same road same riding position

83 indicated average = 75MPH real (GPS) speed @ about 8.5K RPM

That for me was without the clutch mod, the clutch mod is something i intend to shortly, i might have to take another run once i have done the mod..

Surprised you got over 80 indicated, without the clutch switch mod. I seem to remember mine would not go over about 70 indicated beforehand.
