What springs for 180lbs rider?

Now that makes sense. Just didn't read right without knowing that. Can't always understand what someone may imply and in this case I didn't.

Went ahead with Cogent mostly because they're not in CA. They don't stock 0.45kg/mm anymore anyway, it's 0.46kg/mm now.

Im 185lb and have 3" sag on the stock 5.6 kg spring. What difference you notice off road? Have you done the forks too? I meant to say sag not preload

its night and day difference. Much more plush without the kicking and now that i have the gold valves, oh man i love this bike even more

im running about maybe an inch of preload per race tech settings and the ride is soooooo nice

Good to read these numbers as they are close to what I just ordered. I weigh around 200# geared up and want to load down the bike for a TAT run. Went with the moto-pro suggested .48/7.1 spring rates. I guess the idea is to be a little soft with the bike fully loaded and only a little stiff unloaded.
