Default What springs for 180lbs rider?

Probably just under 200lbs with gear. Cogent offers 0.45kg/mm. Race Tech says I need 0.46kg/mm. Cogent suggests 6.2kg/mm shock spring. Race Tech says I need a 6.8kg/mm!
Thoughts?

I am thinking of going for .45 and I am 155lb plus gear. So interested to hear recommendations for you. From what I have picked up (and I could be wrong), but the later model bikes take a slightly heavier spring. Don't know why though.

Is a decimal out of place or labeling incorrect? going from 0.46 kg/mm to 6.2 and 6.8 kg/mm? That would indicate the latter to be about fourteen (14) times as strong. What am I missing? Should the 0.46 be kg/cm?

If it is my question, I asked a legitimate question. Is a decimal off or is the labeling incorrect? Not being testy about it, just wondering.

I think the different figures may be for shock "and" fork spring weights.
